At Xtraplayer, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that all things may don't go as planned, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date of receiving your product to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that your item meets the following criteria:

The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.It should be unused.All original tags and labels must be intact.The item must be in its original packaging.You must provide a receipt or proof of order and there must be unboxing video of product for Initiating a Return request

Return Process

If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. It's important to follow those instructions carefully to ensure a smooth return process. Items sent back to us without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
